Dr. Natalia Manay, Ph.D., C.Psych.
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Natalia Manay is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She completed her doctoral degree at McGill University and has experience working across a range of settings, including hospitals, schools, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams. She also runs her own practice in the Toronto area (Stillpoint Psychology). At MNDFL Collective, she provides off-site clinical supervision, supporting clinicians in developing thoughtful, compassionate, and neuroaffirming approaches to their clinical work.
My approach is grounded in respect for individual differences, neurodiversity, and attachment, as well as the belief that meaningful growth happens through genuine connection and compassionate support. In supervision, I encourage clinicians to look beyond diagnoses to understand each person within the context of their unique experiences, strengths, and needs.
I value evidence-based practice while also recognizing that effective care requires flexibility and an understanding of the whole person. I hope that clients working with clinicians I supervise feel genuinely heard and understood, and that the support they receive feels collaborative and responsive to what matters most to them.
