Dr. Stephanie Price, Ph.D., C.Psych.
Clinical and School Psychologist
Dr. Stephanie Price was born and raised in Sudbury and is passionate about supporting the mental health needs of her community in Northern Ontario. She has experience collaborating with schools, agencies, hospitals, private practices, and Indigenous communities. She has a broad scope of practice — she works with individuals across the lifespan (infants to adults) with a range of presenting concerns. Dr. Price has particular interest and training in dual diagnosis and working with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.
Dr. Price has delivered numerous presentations and workshops for various agencies, schools, allied health clinics, and organizations across Ontario, including topics such as technology use and child development, anxiety in childhood, mindfulness and self-care for caregivers, and life transitions for autistic youth.
The moment I knew my work mattered was sitting across from a client who whispered, “Nobody has ever understood me like this before”. I always strive to make every client, be it a child, teen, or adult, feel heard and seen in all aspects of my clinical work.
When clients describe working with me, I hope they say that I approached them with authenticity and genuine care. My primary goal is to bring a warm and approachable vibe to every session, which looks like meeting the client where they are at (even if that means playing on the floor dressed as superheroes, giving space, or sitting in silence) and developing a solid relationship that can allow for supported, collaborative challenging and addressing of the hard stuff.
